I did a hypothetical research brief, card sort and voice chart for a speed test app. Then, I suggested ways to improve the UX to better educate this audience. Tap images to enlarge.

I downloaded the below app and tried logging in using the one-time code option. Only at the 7th screen was I told I needed an invitation. By simply adding this info on the first screen, 6 steps can be eliminated. Tap images to enlarge.

Scenario: A traveller has completed the form to cancel their upcoming one-way train booking (business class) from Toronto to Ottawa on July 7th. They have pressed the ‘Cancel’ button.

Scenario: A traveller is trying to adjust their settings on the TrainLinks app. They need the ability to unsubscribe from the TrainLinks newsletter(s).

Scenario: A user is trying to buy a ticket using the TrainLinks app but the credit card on file has expired.

Scenario: The user is trying to create a TrainLinks VIP account. The form is complex and asks for a variety of information to provide the user with a secure experience.
